Ventrata is currently looking for a new member of the financial team. If you want to expand your career in finance, you have interest in technologies and you are not afraid of challenges, this might be a perfect opportunity for you!
What will be your main responsibilities?
- Manage bookkeeping workflows to ensure transactions are accurately recorded and supported by relevant documentation.
- Support day-to-day activities of the finance department.
- Work with modern fintech technologies and payment gateways, including Xero, Dext, Revolut, Wise, Stripe, and Adyen.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform account reconciliations and review expenses for compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial closings.
- Process client hardware orders and warranty claims.
- Provide occasional evening availability to support hardware order processing for US-based customers.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients and suppliers.
- Assist in process automation.

- Good analytical, numerical and organizational skills.

- High level of attention to detail.
- Flexibility.
- Qualification and/or relevant experience with basic accounting and financial practices is a big plus.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
