Job Description Summary:
Provides quality customer service and oversees the safety of the area and provides aquatic fitness knowledge.
Responsibilities And Duties:
40%
Provides quality aquatic orientations and case management. Assists members in aquatic program to meet and exceed their goals and expectations through quality customer service.
30%
Ensures safety and accident prevention procedures are followed. Maintains safety guidelines, prevents accidents and responds quickly and competently to any aquatic emergency.

Performs chemical checks and maintenance activities to provide a clean aquatic facility.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School or GED (Required)CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - American Red Cross
Additional Job Description:
Lifeguard training. CPR for the Professional Rescuer. First Aid.
