Resumen de funciones:
Como aprendiz en el área de logística y Comercio Exterior, apoyarás de forma práctica las operaciones relacionadas con cotización de las diferentes modalidades de transporte internacional, documentación aduanera y seguimiento logístico. Este rol te permitirá conocer de cerca los procesos de importación en una empresa multinacional, desarrollar habilidades técnicas en un entorno dinámico, y trabajar junto a profesionales con amplia experiencia en la cadena de suministros. Reportarás a la coordinadora de logística regional y tendrás acceso a herramientas de formación continua, acompañamiento y oportunidades de crecimiento profesional.
En un día normal tendrás que:

Realizar cotizaciones de las diferentes modalidades de transporte (aéreo, courier y marítimo)

Actualizar documentación correspondiente a los aliados logísticos.

Dar seguimiento a las operaciones de importación.

Elaborar documentación requerida para la nacionalización de los productos.

Revisar y radicar las facturas del área.
-
Elaborar las liquidaciones de importación.
-
Diligenciar y revisar reportes de facturación.

Formación Académica: Estudiante técnico o tecnólogo en Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior y afines

Conocimiento manejo Excel y Microsoft 365.

Buena comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

Actitud proactiva y disposición para aprender.
-
Conocimiento básico de procesos logísticos y comercio exterior.
