Context
Towards a step-change of operations performance and go from a “very good” to a “truly outstanding” company, the Operations function is also undergoing changes. The quality is a prerequisite to all these changes.
Purpose of the internship:
We are looking for a quality engineer apprentice to join the Quality and Compliance team for a one-year contract. This is a good opportunity to gain experience in quality management in a fast-moving context.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Deployment of new Quality IT tools within affiliates.
- Support the quality manager on quality culture plan design and deployment
- Harmonization of quality control practices of the group
- Review & update the quality documentation and reports
- Support synthesis of quality audits results in Power BI
- Support the analyses of complaints data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration with the quality and compliance team to drive quality initiatives and projects

You are enrolled in a quality management or QHSE program at an engineering school or university.

You are fluent in English and French.

You have strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

You have a good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
