  • Listening to calls made by our Contact Centre using our dialler supervisor tool.
  • Identifying and reporting any concerns through an automated survey.
  • Making informed decisions on what issues to flag, every time.
  • Actively ensuring that quality is maintained in every call.
  • Reaching out to potential customers to understand their experience from start to finish and addressing their concerns.
