What You’ll Do At Elekta
The Application Specialist's will conduct first class applications training on Elekta radiotherapy solutions for both internal and external customers, on the customer site and/or in-house. You will provide excellent Clinical support via phone/email or on site visit, maximizing customer adoption to drive Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score.
The job holder will need to be fluent in German and English. The local office is in Hamburg, however applications from candidates based elsewhere in Germany are invited, as this will be more of a “home based” role. You must have the ability and patience to travel both domestically and internationally, this will be 50-60% of the time.
The Application Specialist MOSAIQ and Monaco (m/w/d) responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent Applications training to customers, colleagues and Distributor Specialists –
- Actively contribute to Service delivery to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded
- Actively manage customer evaluation and assessments to allow monitoring the trends in student performance and satisfaction
- Act as a conduit between customers and product development; proactively articulating regional requirements within PCP
- Provide professional Applications assistance and support to Marketing/Sales, R&D and international colleagues –
- Support Marketing/Sales activities at exhibitions, conferences and seminars, when required
- Maintain long-term positive relationships with customers acting upon customer feedback to drive NPS and Customer Satisfaction
What You Bring
- Professionally (degree) qualified Clinical Physicist.
- Clinical experience with radiotherapy clinical workflow is advantageous.
- Bilingual in German and English with excellent written and oral skills (including presentation).
- Any additional languages would be a benefit. –
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with the following: Microsoft Office, Citrix and CLM systems, where applicable
- Excellent presentation skills (ability to communicate effectively to a group)
- Ability to effectively interact with customers (via phone and face-to-face)
- Experience in healthcare /computer science /adult education to include one year of hardware/software training experience on healthcare/medical applications or other software applications
