- Ensuring the monitoring, integrity and availability of operations support systems
- Ensuring compliance with the good practices established by ITIL processes in the management of incidents and problems
- Implementing, managing and maintaining provisioning, configuration and automation processes
- Analyzing application problems
Qualificações
- + 2/3 years' proven experience in 1st and 2nd line SW and Customer-oriented application support
- Advanced experience with:
Siebel CRM
SOAP
PL/SQL
T-SQL
PowerShell
Shell Scripting
Javascript
Oracle
MySQL
