Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in software developer, IT Service Management Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Typically, +3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of applications technology in direct responsibility.
- ITIL Foundation
- Oracle SQL Dev experience
- C# or Java
- App troubleshooting
- .Net code debug
- Batch/bash scripts developing (for both .bat & sh)
- General understanding of related technologies.
- Customer Service/Vendor Management.
