- Interesting and varied work in an established IVD diagnostics company,
- Installing instrumentation (IVD medical devices) in clients' clinical biochemistry laboratories,
- training laboratory staff to work on new instruments or changes to our products in CZ/SK
- follow-up support for existing and new users,
- collecting and analysing information on product usage and clinical conditions to understand and meet customer requirements.
What knowledge and skills we require from you:
- University degree (ideally in biochemistry, life sciences, medical technology),
- Experience in a similar role (application support to customers in one of the areas of urinalysis, haematology, coagulation)
- Driving licence with a licence no. B license and willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
- very good presentation and communication skills,
- Reliability, flexibility, diligence and accountability for the results of the portfolio entrusted to him,
- user knowledge of MS Office
