Job Description

• Leading a versatile and energetic group of application and qualification engineers
• Crafting application specifications and definitions for R&D development
• Acting as scrum master for planning, monitoring the overall project monthly tasks
• Working closely with varied R&D people, such as: software, algorithm, Hardware, Mechanical, Physics and System Engineers
• Defining customer needs from the system, integrate new features to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Leading system evaluations and testing in costumer sites

Minimum Qualifications

• B.Sc. in the field of Electronics/Mechanics / Bio-Medical (or in any other related field) from an acknowledge university
• Good system understanding and technical affiliation
• At least 3 years of managerial/leadership experience
• Fluent in English written and verbal - must
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent teamwork capabilities
• Multitasking and organized
• Experience in multidisciplinary working environment - an advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad up to 30% - must
