Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the application lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and architect solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Oversee the development process and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the application lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience in leading application development projects.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
