Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and address technical issues and risks proactively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Experience in application architecture design and implementation.
- Knowledge of database management systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A minimum of 15 years of regular Education preferably BTECH or BE is required.
