A Field Application Engineer - (Fier detection) is a technical sales role responsible for providing in-depth product knowledge and support to customers, bridging the gap between sales and engineering by assisting with technical issues, identifying customer needs, and ensuring successful product implementation through on-site visits, training, and troubleshooting, while collaborating closely with the sales team to close deals and maintain customer relationships
Key responsibilities of a Field Application Engineer:

Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of the company's products (Fier detection) and applications, able to answer complex technical questions from customers. -
Customer Support:
Provide pre-sales technical consultation, product demonstrations, and post-sales support to address customer issues. -
Sales Support:
Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential customer needs, qualify leads, and develop technical proposals. -
On-Site Visits:
Conduct site surveys, product installations, and system integration at customer locations. -
Training:
Deliver technical training to customers and sales teams on product features and applications. -
Design Assistance:
Help customers design and optimize systems using the company's products, including custom solutions.

Establish strong relationships with key customer contacts to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. -
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new market opportunities. -
Technical Documentation:
Create application notes, design guides, and other technical documentation to support customers. -
Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions to customer problems.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Project management skills to manage customer implementations and technical projects
- Ability to travel frequently to customer sites
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose technical issues
