Job Description:

Position Summary 

 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform. This individual will be responsible for managing the design, development, and implementation innovative Power Platform solutions through partnerships with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, other developers and leaders across multiple departments and business units. This individual will understand the importance of leading projects with a consultative approach to identifying the need, while being able to speak at a highly technical level during the solution design and development phases. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices. 

  • Lead by example in problem-solving and reinforce a positive team culture. 

  • Provide technical oversight and support to the engineering team. 

  • Make architectural decisions and review code to ensure robustness and scalability. 

  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and leadership stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap. 

  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives and user needs. 

  • Manage and ensure the implementation of solutions meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and maintainable. 

  • Provide guidance and direction to other team members on best practices around items such as solution design, application lifecycle management, data loss prevention and environment strategy. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers and business analysts to understand technical and functional requirements, and provide recommendations around the design, development, and support of new and existing Power Platform solutions, including the integration of third-party applications. 

  • Ensure the technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and other design artifacts are maintained. 

  • Ensure that solutions are monitored, supported, and built for high availability. 

  • Stay current with new features and capabilities in the Power Platform and make recommendations for their use as appropriate. 

 

Requirements: 

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Power Platform solution development. 

  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Power BI 

  • Experience integrating Power Platform with other systems and platforms 

  • Has strong experience in understanding and utilizing RESTful APIs and other integration techniques and tools.

The Compensation range for this role is 102,632.40 - 205,264.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
