Summary:
The Icertis CLM Application Development Technical Lead is responsible for designing and implementing web applications, programs, and software processes that enhance business operations throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC). This role focuses on the development of new software features and the enhancement of existing functionalities within the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, based on insights and requirements provided by the product team. The leader selected for this role will have the responsibility of building Cencora's Icertis CLM Development Center of Excellence, including hiring additional resources, developing standard practices and operating procedures, as well as influencing the overall CLM strategy at Cencora.
As a key player in the development process, the Application Development Lead will ensure product quality through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices. The role involves applying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to execute a sequence of related software engineering tasks effectively.

Ability to improve and develop Icertis search, reporting and dashboarding

Candidate should have multiple years acting as lead functional consultant on multiple implementations

Experience at developing Icertis test scripts and validating unit testing for functional consultants

Understanding of Icertis OOTB adapters and ongoing maintenance

Ability to facilitate escalation of production issues with Icertis platinum support when necessary
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Icertis CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Development and Support Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for application architecture, solution design, configuration, support, and platform maintenance. This role requires a deep understanding of Icertis CLM, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Architecture:

Design and oversee the architecture of Icertis CLM solutions at Cencora

Ensure the architecture aligns with business goals and industry standards.

Guide integration architecture between Icertis and other systems

Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and specifications.
Solution Design:

Lead the design of Icertis CLM solutions to meet internal client needs.

Develop detailed design documentation and specifications and enforce.

Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.
Configuration:

Lead configuration and customization to meet business requirements.

Oversee the configuration of Icertis CLM platforms.

Ensure configurations meet business requirements and are optimized for performance.

Manage configuration changes and updates.

Work directly with Icertis partner on necessary customization
Support:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Icertis CLM application.

Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledge base.

Facilitate escalation of production issues with Icertis platinum support when necessary.
Platform Maintenance:

Ensure the Icertis CLM platform is up-to-date and functioning optimally.

Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and backups.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.

Understand Icertis OOTB adapters and manage ongoing maintenance.
Contract Management:

Develop and manage contract templates, clauses, workflows, and approval processes.

Implement and maintain user roles, permissions, and security settings.

Improve and develop Icertis search, reporting, and dashboarding capabilities.
Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the development and support team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing Icertis CLM development and support teams.

Strong understanding of application architecture and solution design.

Proficiency in configuring and supporting Icertis CLM platforms.

Skilled at gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications accordingly.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

All ICI certifications (Icertis Technical Professional, Icertis Functional Professional, Icertis Administrator, Icertis Practitioner).

Multiple years acting as lead functional consultant on multiple implementations.

Experience developing Icertis test scripts and validating unit testing for functional consultants.

Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) - Good to have

Experience & Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
With ICI certification, 2 years of min Icertis experience
Without certification 5 years Icertis expertise is mandatory. Overall experience is 5-6+ Years.
