We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in innovative industry relevant project. How Will You Make an Impact?
- Develop Applications: Design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business process needs in the automotive domain, contributing to the success of a leading automotive company’s Paint Shop project.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME): Lead the team, manage tasks, and make key decisions to ensure project success while sharing your expertise in both technical and business process areas.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with multiple teams to drive project outcomes, contributing solutions and insights to improve performance and resolve issues.
- Adapt and Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve in a fast-evolving industry by quickly adapting to new technologies and learning continuously to meet ever-changing requirements.
- Master Technical Enablement: Demonstrate expertise in Design & Build Enablement while contributing to Configuration & Release Management, Build Management, and other critical technical areas.
What Makes the Difference?
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in Java, AWS, Software Architecture, and Scripting.
- Experience with Project Management tools.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in both English and German (required for client communication and project management).
- Experience:
- Previous exposure to the IT industry, ideally with experience in application development for industrial or automotive domains.
