Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional designs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Design applications based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Create functional designs and specifications.
- Implement design solutions effectively.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
