We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative RPA/ Automation Engineer Specialist with expertise in Generative AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing RPA solutions integrated with Generative AI capabilities to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop RPA solutions integrated with Generative AI.

Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath & MS Power Platform & Power BI.
-
Implement Generative AI models to enhance RPA capabilities, including natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and predictive analytics.

Conduct feasibility analysis and complexity assessment for automation projects.

Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides.

Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on RPA and Generative AI solutions.

Monitor and analyze the performance of RPA bots and AI models, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and Generative AI technologies.

Experience handling Client stake holders and presentation.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in RPA development and implementation using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath & MS Power Platform.

Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their applications in business processes.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Selenium & C#.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Team handling experience.

English and French Language proficiency.
