Our UniQue Team is growing and in our amazing team, we are looking for an Application Architect to join us. You will be working on a number of exciting projects in a challenging, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate all the technical work in the team.
- Liaise with the functional, testing and security areas.
- Plan the development work, estimates efforts.
- Design scalable architecture systems Cloud based applications.
- Architecture and design of information systems, with special care on secure architecture and design principles.
- Review of the architecture of existing systems.
- Design and development of component architecture and building blocks.
- Production of software architecture documents.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant studies (master degree or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or other equivalent discipline after the secondary school.
- Minimum 10 years of IT professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the technical architecture and design of complex web applications, based on Java and Java frameworks, Spring, REST services, etc.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Data Modelling.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in development of information systems.
- Certification: TOGAF certified is an asset.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in designing scalable application architectures, ensuring high performance and maintainability of systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture and deep understanding on how various components and systems integrate to meet business requirements.
- Knowledge of application servers (WebLogic).
- Knowledge on cloud development and containerization technologies.
- Proficiency in DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using tools like Jenkins or Ansible.
- In depth knowledge of applications design.
- In depth knowledge of data modelling and modelling tools.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing (BI/DWH) concepts and tools, like Tableau or Oracle BI.
- Good knowledge of business process analysis and BPMN.
- Good drafting skills.
- Ability to give technical presentations.
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application architecture and design.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
