We are seeking a highly skilled UAT Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our LivePerson and Horizon platforms through rigorous user acceptance testing. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of user experience.
As a UAT Analyst, you will conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to validate system functionality and performance. You will provide detailed test reports and feedback to stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platforms. Additionally, you may need to participate in requirement reviews.

What You'll Bring:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive UAT plans and test cases for our messaging, disputes and scanning platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage and deployment validation.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to validate system functionality.
- Document detailed test reports.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and usability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in UAT processes.
- Continuously improve UAT methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Impact You'll Make:
Qualifications:
- 2 - 3 yrs Proven experience in UAT process.
- BCom Information Systems/relevant qualification
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in test management tools and software. Experience in JIRA is desirable

Please note it is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa that has fibre, but will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.
A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line or install fibre in order to work effectively.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
