Your projects: Hily and Taimi.

You will:

• Develop and optimize ML models for content moderation and customer support automation.
• Fine-tune and evaluate existing NLP and classification models.
• Integrate third-party AI solutions and build proprietary ones where needed.
• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and product managers to align AI work with real user needs.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI features: from prototype to production.
• Monitor model performance and iterate based on feedback, metrics, and real-world usage.
• Be working on products used by over 50 million users worldwide, where millions of content pieces are uploaded every month.

From you:

• Solid experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Strong knowledge of Python, ML libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, TensorFlow), and data pipeline tools (e.g. Airflow).
• Familiarity with NLP and classification tasks (e.g., sentiment analysis, intent detection, content filtering).
• Practical experience with model evaluation, tuning, and monitoring.
• Ability to work with large datasets, SQL, and cloud-based ML workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset.
• Proactivity and a strong sense of ownership — you don’t wait for instructions, you find opportunities and act on them.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, and chatbot automation.
• Familiarity with tools like FastAPI, Airflow, Docker, or MLflow.
• Experience with Tableau, MySQL, or ClickHouse.
