What You Will Do:
· Quality Performance Delivery
o Responsible to run Horizontal process network along with Quality Leader
o Partner with the team of Quality laboratory technicians, engineers, plant Quality managers & delivering capability improvements through Problem solving
o Continuous improvements in Quality, Process and Production fields to meet with customer expectations and requests, to comply with changing regulations and certification needs
o Utilize all BI reports to gather insights and prioritize KPI improvements
o Work with plant teams and RDE teams to ensure BOM compliance and test method compliance
· New Product Introduction and Technology Transfer
o Collaboration with other functions like marketing, RDE & operational Business leaders for new product introduction and technology transfer process o Responsible for managing TDS Process (Temporary Deviation from Specification) and GTT (Global Technology Transfer) process. o Coordinate with Procurement and RDE, Regulatory teams to evaluate and approve new suppliers through Alternate Supplier approval process
o Being part of International Markets Quality assurance network, adopting new systems and programs, learning and reapplying best in class practices internally and externally · Quality Tools
o Deployment and capability building of TDS each Module in Electronic Quality Management system across markets
o Monitor usage and effectiveness and deliver improvements
o Responsible for ensuring team is trained and capable to use all the relevant modules
o Ensuring usage of Bridge tool and developing capability across markets
· Partnership with Global Team
o Be part of global strategy development under GTO organization related to process engineering
o Responsible for deployment of New programs and tools in various markets
Minimum Qualifications:
· The ideal candidate should have a Chemist/ Chemical Engineering degree from reputable universities.
· Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Quality Management is a must.
· Fluency in English is must.
· Experience/knowledge in Health care & pharma Quality operations in a production plant will be desirable
· ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Internal auditor certification will be preferred
· Great communication skills will be required.
· Candidates with dynamic personality and analytic thinking capabilities will be preferred.
Reporting relationship
· This role will be reporting to Senior Director, GTO for International Markets
