For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the AP Germany Specialist role.

Your role

  • Responsible for full scope of Accounts Payable process of one or a few entities;
  • Act as a contact point for Vendors and Employees;
  • Communicate with Business Teams regarding coding of invoices, follow global policies and guidelines;
  • Check quality of supporting documentation to then review and post invoices;
  • Reconcile payments & B/S accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies;
  • Generate regular reports.

Your experience

  • Fluent English;
  • German B1+;
  • University degree in finance or professional accounting course;
  • Customer focused and service oriented;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • 1+ year experience in end to end AP process would be an asset;
  • Experience in SAP, preferably within SSC/BPO sector, will be a plus;
  • Ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines.
