Main Purposes of the Job:
1. Processing Invoice with implementation three ways match
2. Assist AP Manager and AP Specialist to monitoring especially implementation of invoice input in three ways match and check correctness and accuracy invoice input
3. Produce accurate data and reports. Monitor and maintain long outstanding invoices and accrual balance.
4. Support Sox & Audit Compliance
Detailed Scope of Work:

  • Processing Invoice & Prepare Tax Documentation.
    • Check the correctness of the invoice, tax invoice and tax invoice return and the tax rate in accordance with the applicable tax regulations - For Thailand & PH
    • Check supporting documents in accordance with the type of each transaction/invoice
    • Implement three ways match at the time of inputting invoices
    • Arrange inputting invoices on timely basis according to a predetermined schedule (Helps AP Associate supervisors follow up on Users to get their approval) - both trade purchase and distributor claim.
    • Prepare Tax Documentation for Thailand & PH


  • Essential process monitoring
    • Evaluate the correctness of the results of invoice input by AP Associate Supervisor
    • Review invoices before the invoices are paid by the treasury (three-way match and Flag invoices on the BPCS system)
    • Make a deadline for invoice inputting regularly.
    • Maintain the Listing Outstanding Invoice from Vendor/Distributor (SOA / statement of account), usually we maintain the outstanding invoice in AP tracker report.


  • Finance Scorecard / Result
    • Provide visibility on status of unrecorded marketing claim to sales team and distributor.
    • Prepare Intercompany Reconciliation timely and accurately (Heinz ASEAN & Thailand)
    • Working closely with AP Manager/specialist to review movement data, reports, and Balance Sheet Reconciliation correctly and accurately (Sin-sin, TH, PH, AHG) - exclude Kraft India because already handover to GBS team.


  • Sox & Audit Compliance
    • Implement the invoice process in accordance with the tax regulation applicable in Asean.
    • Support Sox walkthrough and SOX Testing
    • Support audit requests.
    • Minimizing audit finding
