What the Candidate Will Do

• Review and Follow-up of Payments Made on Behalf of the Client's Account

• Follow-up on Pending Financing to be Billed

• Follow-up with Relevant Departments for Application of Advances and/or PHCC

   

• Train New Team Member and/or Client Assignment

   

• Document the Billing Process for New Clients and/or Changes in Processes (SOP)

   

• Creation of Special Traffic Entries

   

• Compliance with 5S

   

• Attention to Internal and External Clients

   

• Control of Staff Incidents (Absences, Authorization of Permits, Vacations)

   

• Preparation of Reports for Clients

   

• Random Auditing of Mexican and American Expense Accounts

   

• Report Daily Closure to Billing Coordinator/Manager

Basic Qualifications
