Responsible for focusing on training and change management to ensure adoption and use of Analytics platform. Promotes and expands the user community to share knowledge and improve data driven decision making. Engages with external Analytics vendors and communities.
Key Accountabilities:

Gather high-level business requirements and cost benefit details to prioritize work for the team.

Build and analyze BI reports with an emphasis on providing a story and insights to stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for automation and work with business partners to incorporate elements of automation into labor-intensive operational processes.

Develop user guides and training modules to improve adoption of enterprise BI and automation solutions.

Communicates and tracks project priorities and delivery for the team.

Develops, promotes and documents best practices and standards for data usage and data visualization.

Leads important analytic projects to push the envelope on new methods and new data.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 8 – 10 years of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years of related experience.
Preferred Experience:
-
5+ years of SQL database experience
-
5+ years of experience building data models and reports in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
-
Experience optimizing business processes with Power Automate or a similar tool
-
Experience conveying the usefulness of reports and analyses to colleagues who are unfamiliar with data and analytics
The compensation range for this role is the following based on the location of Lake Forest, Illinois:
$90,107.00 - $130,156.00 per year
The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
