Analytics Operations Manager

We are on the lookout for an Analytics Operations Manager to help us maintain a scalable and efficient Product Analytics team at Pipedrive. This role is about the orchestration and optimization of processes and craft, in order to amplify the value and impact of Analytics at scale. Your new adventure:

• Ensure OKRs are clearly defined, tracked, and aligned with company goals
• Act as a driver or sponsor for critical initiatives, enabling their successful execution
• Lead the development and maintenance of tools, documentation, and roadmaps to support experimentation efforts, and organize the Analytics Ecosystem ensuring alignment and efficiency
• Take charge of data management to ensure data integrity and accessibility
• Align analytics priorities across teams and work closely with the data team to meet business needs effectively
• Improve operational efficiency and foster cross-department collaboration
• Maintain a consistent analytics toolset, monitoring usage, and improvement opportunities and investigating, selecting, and implementing new tools where relevant
• Keep analytics guidelines up to date and add new guidelines as needed
• Promote compliance with Pipedrive’s policies and adoption of best practices in all analytics activities, including ownership of data protection rules and application
• Socialising success stories and ensuring that the overall impact of user analytics is known inside and outside of Pipedrive

Does this sound like you?

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Operations role
• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Economics or related
• Experience working with larger organisations or teams
• Good organisational and operational skills
• Knowledge of change management methods
• Excellent communication skills
• Good working knowledge of data, data models, data tools, and Jira and Confluence
• Fluency in English
