As a Manager of Analytics and Special Projects, you will support in managing high level initiatives, getting buy-in from stakeholders and helping develop a team of analysts.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with operating managers and senior leaders to identify, develop, and implement strategies that drive business success
- Cultivate robust relationships across departments to ensure cohesive and integrated projects
- Oversee the project portfolio and assist in prioritizing initiatives to align with various departmental roadmaps.
- Effectively allocate and optimize resources for projects, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and bottlenecks
- Capable of challenging existing processes to foster transformative change
- Skilled in managing project inventory, with a strong capability to engage stakeholders, communicate proactively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong foundational business/revenue cycle knowledge to support problem-solving ability.
- Strong leadership foundation with experience coaching, leading, and training Analysts to grow their skillsets
Other Duties:
- Champions the DaVita Mission & Values.
- Collaborates with other leaders to develop a strong understanding of key business priorities.
- Provides thought-partnership to other ROPS teams, providing options, considerations, and recommendations from a data lens.
- Ability to communicate thoughtfully and concisely to senior leaders.

Salary/ Wage Range
$68,000.00 - $115,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
