Summary:
In this role, you will analyze pharmacy purchasing data to determine contract coverage and potential savings opportunities. You will work directly with Provista’s largest customers to understand their purchasing patterns and identify areas where contracts can be better utilized to maximize savings.
Job Description:

Conduct analysis and research to produce results and identify opportunities for cost savings, standardization, and efficiencies.

Design and create charts, graphs, tables, and reports to support findings and develop recommendations.

Interact with internal sales and operations teams to perform cost studies and resolve any data issues related to business activities.

Manage projects and maintain active involvement and ownership of data tools, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Compile and present analytics to both external and internal clients.

Support in-house data repository for automation solutions on business needs for comparative analysis team.
Qualifications:

Relevant degree preferred.

2 or more years of relevant experience required.

Strong analytical, database, and spreadsheet skills required.

Ability to execute prewritten queries with SQL preferred.

Experience working in healthcare and/or pharmacy preferred.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to meet rigorous deadlines, balance multiple priorities and achieve high levels of productivity while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $82,900.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
