Job Overview

Operations encompasses several fast-paced departments that process and execute client account transactions. From account transfers, to opening new accounts, to wire disbursements and beyond, Operations offers a multitude of opportunities for processing, onboarding, quality control, and providing exceptional client service. In the Workforce Management team, we focus on creating forecasts for capacity needs within all Operations teams and ensuring staffing and scheduling is aligned to those forecasts.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement & provide admin support for a new Workforce Management software solution
  • Develop a new forecasting methodology alongside our data & analytics team for both work volumes and capacity.
  • Manage scheduling software, including training managers on how to use the system, maintaining system access controls, and working with the vendor to launch new features & functionalities.
  • Develop & produce reporting around all Workforce metrics.
  • Work with facilities team to ensure Operations space planning needs are met in all locations.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities that arise which will transform the business
  • Have the opportunity to collaborate with your peers, and support strategic departmental projects

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Workforce Management, Data & Analytics (particularly in forecasting), or a related function.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Offer is contingent upon successful background screening and agreement to be local to the Tempe, AZ office

  • Strong computer technical skills and proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • High level of motivation and initiative

Pay Range:

$23.89-$39.81/hour


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
