Job Description

Responsible for daily monitoring of company’s cash position, cash processing, and cash forecasting. Assists with managing company’s merchant card operations. Interfaces with multiple properties for all cash needs.

Performs scheduled reviews of Letters of Credit and Surety Bonds
Performs daily processes to determine daily cash availability and needs including:
- Consolidation of daily cash reports by property
- Monitors incoming wires, ACH’s and deposits
- Monitors outgoing wires, ACH’s and cash orders
- Coordinates cash availability with each property
- Monitors timeliness of cash availability to ensure timely drawdown and funding to support operations and allow for timely debt paydown
- Monitors cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the related reports and any unusual items are investigated.
- Other daily duties as required to support daily cash management and treasury processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensures proper documentation of all daily activity is accurately retained and routed
Performs scheduled reviews of account signers and electronic account access
Assists in the administration of the merchant card program
Assists with borrowing decisions as well as cash forecasting
Works directly with property and corporate personnel to research and ensure resolution of treasury, cash management, banking and merchant card related issues and concerns
Assists with project assignments related to cash management and treasury operations
Provides general support to the Treasury Manager.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related area required.
Two (2) years of finance or treasury experience preferred.
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.
Experience with General Ledger report writer preferred.
Knowledge of standard accounting practices.
Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with bank cash management systems.
Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of confidentiality and accountability.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications.
