Your role…

As an Analyst, Technology Support for ReSource Pro, you will provide desktop and infrastructure support for a growing US team and align efforts withe overall global technology goals and strategies. You will be responsible for supporting the end users and ensuring the stable operation of the corporate technology environment and infrastructure.

This is a predominately remote position that does require the candidate to live within the Central time zone with availability to travel into the office located in Groesbeck, TX as needed.
 

After 3 months you will…

  • Provide support for the onsite and remote users for all aspects of the computing environment, including troubleshooting, desktop maintenance, and new employee setup and hardware procurement
  • Support China technology team in communicating and troubleshooting with ReSource Pro clients during the standard day-time
  • Manage US Helpdesk ticketing and escalate as needed
  • Support local and global Technology projects aimed to improve efficiency & effectiveness, collaboration with remote offices, and Information Security by evaluating and implementing technologies, under the direction of the IT Manager
  • Support the maintenance of US applications including VOIP/PBX systems, Office 365 (SharePoint Online, etc.) and other applications such as Adobe
  • Oversee desktop and application updates
  • Provide support to US team on how to better use existing technology services
  • Educate users on how to use tools more effectively to improve efficiency as well as collaborate more effectively with remote and international offices
     

What You Need to Be Successful…

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Live in the Central time zone and be available to travel to the office in Groesbeck, TX as needed
  • 1-5 years' experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
  • Intermediate computer troubleshooting skill and be able to independently troubleshoot even without procedures
  • Strong oral and written communication, as well as comfort interfacing with senior company leaders
  • Organization and ability to manage many concurrent activities, strong work management skills and attention-to-detail
  • Understanding of the Windows desktop environment and common software including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Basic understanding of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory
  • Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $12.73 - $24.47 per hour. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
