Centro Benefits Research, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst Support Specialist to provide essential support to our Benefit and Marketing Analyst teams. This role will focus on coordinating and distributing RFP assignments, assisting with project preparation, auditing reports, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing multiple tasks, collaborating across teams, data management and maintaining organized client records.
Essential Functions:
- Distribute RFP (Request for Proposal) assignments to the Benefit and Marketing Analyst teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
- Work alongside Benefit and Marketing Analyst Team Leaders to assess team capacity and effectively allocate RFP assignments, ensuring balanced workloads and optimal productivity.
- Conduct audits of internal reports for completion and accuracy, using pivot tables and other tools to analyze and ensure report consistency.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reporting to Sales and Leadership around sold case decisions, ensuring all details are communicated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain accurate records in the client-management software, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information at all times.
- Review and update BOR (Broker of Record) notices within internal systems to ensure client information is accurate and current.
A Successful Candidate Will:
- Be intuitive, smart, growth-minded, and take initiative.
- Achieve high levels of productivity while working remotely in a fast-paced working environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis)
- Minimum of 1 year experience with client-management or CRM software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or support role
- Demonstrate well-developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $25 to $30 per hour.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
