The Analyst Relations (AR) Manager will play a critical role in positioning ABBYY. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this individual will build and manage strategic relationships with key analysts to drive awareness and thought leadership in the AI and automation space.

The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, deep experience in analyst relations, and a strategic mindset to amplify the company’s vision, products, and market impact.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Analyst Engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key analysts and research firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) relevant to AI, process intelligence, and intelligent document processing.
  • Manage and coordinate high-impact engagements, including briefings, inquiries, and research contributions.
  • Advocate for ABBYY to ensure inclusion in key analyst evaluations, such as Magic Quadrants, Waves, and MarketScapes.
  • Program Development and Execution
  • Design and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy that aligns with the company’s go to market, marketing and corporate goals.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all analyst interactions, emphasizing the company’s leadership in AI-driven technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to influence market perception and analyst evaluations through strategic storytelling and innovation showcases.
  • Negotiate reprint and distribution rights for reports of interest to ABBYY.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product management, product marketing, and engineering teams to ensure analysts understand the unique value of ABBYY’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with the PR, demand generation, and Revenue teams to amplify positive analyst coverage and integrate insights into marketing campaigns.
  • Content Development and Communication
  • Create and deliver compelling briefing materials, responses to analyst research, and content for submissions to analyst evaluations.
  • Provide internal teams with actionable insights from analysts regarding market trends, competitive positioning, and future opportunities.
  • Coordinate and negotiate analyst speaking, webinar, and content contributions to ABBYY campaigns.
  • Metrics and Reporting
  • Measure and report on the success of analyst relations programs, including coverage, inclusion in reports, and analyst quotes.
  • Maintain a calendar of analyst engagements, key events, and deliverables.


Job Requirements:

Education:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Corporate Communications, or similar roles in the technology sector, ideally in AI, automation, or document processing.
  • Proven success in managing high-visibility analyst relationships and evaluations.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of AI, OCR, process mining, and automation technologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinking with a keen sense of market trends and analyst expectations.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AR tools such as ARchitect or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with analyst firms on Magic Quadrants, Waves, or similar evaluation processes.
  • Background in B2B technology companies with a focus on enterprise AI and automation solutions.


Salary Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $150,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
