The Process Analyst develops and supports strategic plans by conducting process mining, root cause analysis, documentation, simulation, and identifying inefficiencies in business processes.

The Process Analyst is responsible for developing and supporting the realization of strategic plans and management agendas through the following areas:

  • Process Mining (Process Variance Analysis): Identify variations, process complexity, and training gaps compared to the actual process.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify the underlying causes of process issues.

  • Process Documentation: Create detailed process documents and process maps to support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects.

  • Process Simulation: Utilize simulation techniques to model and analyze processes.

  • Support End-to-End Process Mining Initiatives: Assist in the execution of process mining initiatives across various processes.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Support operations by providing insights through root cause analysis.

  • Process Assessment & Documentation: Conduct assessments and document processes to identify automation opportunities.

  • Independent Work: Complete tasks independently while receiving general guidance on new projects.

  • Development of Process Maps and Business Requirements: Create clear and detailed process maps and business requirements.

  • Identify Process Issues and Risks: Recognize and document process issues and potential risks.

  • Identify Process Inefficiencies and Bottlenecks: Detect inefficiencies and bottlenecks within processes to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in Process Mapping & Analysis

  • Proven track record in process analysis and improvement

  • Skilled in facilitating workshops and focus group discussions

  • Extensive experience in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations

  • Proficient in developing business/process requirements

  • Extensive experience with Process Mapping Tools (e.g., Lucid, Visio, DrawIO)

  • Experience in gap analysis and requirement analysis geared towards identifying automation opportunities

  • Experience in creating detailed user stories for development teams

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills in business processes and workflows

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word - Basic level)

Certifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Trained

  • Knowledge and experience in applying Lean Six Sigma Principles
