What You'll Bring:
The Analyst, MTA Solutions Architect is a technical liaison between TransUnion and our clients. They are responsible for representing TransUnion’s capabilities and functions, leading our clients through the design of their deployment. They setup, configure, and debug the data pipe foundations between TransUnion, the client, and the client’s various data sources. The range of solutions and products that the solutions architect will cover include the breadth of TransUnion’s Marketing Solutions technologies, with an emphasis on Multi-Touch Attribution.
- 1-3 years experience in the MarTech / AdTech space
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field / experience
- Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems.
- Novice level SQL skills with the ability to manipulate, join, and filter datasets efficiently.
- Novice level Excel skills
- Novice level understanding of ETL best practices and familiar with several forms of ETL methodologies/technologies.
We'd love to see:
- User-level familiarity with database design.
- User-level familiarity with data visualization tools (Data Studio, Tableau, Snowflake).
- User-level familiarity with an issue/task management platform.
- Familiarity or interest in analytics and/or statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with the AdTech/MarTech landscape; the advertisers, data providers, and tracking partners.
Impact You'll Make:
- Understand client requirements to implement and configure application functionality, data integrations, and data transformation rules.
- Operate within the full deployment cycle of a client implementation, from initial pre/post sales planning and scoping meetings, to client walk-through of model and UI delivery.
- Setup, validate, and diagnose ETL integrations using HQL, AWS, Excel, and other tools. Understand and represent TransUnion’s product suite with expertise, guiding the client throughout the implementation process.
- You will lead communication directly with partners both internally and externally to help solve issues and identify potential data challenges and data validation problems.
- Provide mentorship, delegation, and guidance for associate level team members.
- Own initiatives/projects that are critical to the product and organization.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $56,250.00 - $93,750 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
