Hello! We welcome you to join our Team of experts in Wrocław. Being able to see, learn, develop and implement all the new initiatives around us is a unique opportunity to affect how UPM Communication Paper Supply Chain will look like in the future. In this role you will contribute to our Logistics Excellence Projects by building up our logistics data models and further developing our forecasting capabilities. What you will do

Contribute to the development and implementation of Logistics Excellence Project by developing Performance Boards & KPIs

Analyze complex logistics data models and derive insights on our strategic initiatives and projects
-
Grow and learn within the field of data science, by applying machine learning technics to solve problems
-
Be actively involved in supporting the team in various tasks, e.g. data cleaning, analyzing, modeling, and interpreting

Actively collaborate with our Supply Chain teams to address complex logistics queries and find solutions

Support the logistics forecast development

Ability to build relationships and networks with other stakeholders
Who you are
-
You hold a Master or Bachelor degree or specialization in a relevant field of studies eg. Data Science, Mathematics or Business Intelligence

You have minimum 1-2 years of working or project experience in the field of complex data analyses
-
You hold basic knowledge of platforms for data visualization (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Azure), previous experience with logistic relevant systems is considered an asset
-
Your interest in examining detailed data models is evident, and you are proficient in developing interactive dashboards
-
You are eager to grow your skill set in the above mentioned area and demonstrate great learning ability

You communicate and cooperate effectively with internal stakeholders

You show enthusiasm for renewal and change

You are fluent in English and you like to work in international teams
