The Analyst II, Billing & Accounts Receivable supports the Billing and Accounts Receivable teams. This position guides the team toward department and company goals by managing and analyzing accuracy and efficiency within operations, process improvement, metrics, and productivity. Responsible for day-to-day data analysis, data quality control, process improvements, and monitoring key performance indicators for Billing and Accounts Receivable departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Create, review and manage data and metrics through department reports and audits.
- Analyze data trends and raising anomalies to leadership.
- This role creates billing & Accounts Receivable business workflow/data management tools to assist internal partners across all brands and divisions with questions, training and issues that arise.
- Prepare and provide client communications and emails to support unbilled revenue efforts.
- Identify and implement process improvements using business intelligence and process excellence tools (I.E. LEAN, Power Query, Power BI).
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing while partnering with Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing teams.

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
Certifications
- Six-Sigma - Green Belt (GB) (Preferred)
Additional Experience
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing or General Office
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$66,500 - $79,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
