Analyst, HR - Operations Strategic Projects at a glance...
You will be responsible for supporting human resources related projects across the NA Operations network, exhibiting a strong affinity for process improvement, comfortability breaking down silos and working cross-functionally and being a strong team player.
What's on the menu?

  • Project Management: own projects from initiation to completion ensuring timeline, objectives, and budgets are met while managing risks and stakeholder expectations
  • Analytics: assist in gathering relevant data and understand the relationship of the data relative to the broader network
  • Onboarding: understand the onboarding processes and procedures of hourly employee at Kraft Heinz
  • Recruiting: participate in ongoing hiring strategies and efforts to elevate the team and organizational effectiveness
  • Training: assist in developing and administering appropriate training opportunities for employees to further their development

  • I have working knowledge of Workday, Tableau, Jira, Kronos, and MS Office Suite
  • I have excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work consistently to established deadlines.
  • I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • I am adaptable - Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks, with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • I am a team player and collaborator - Working effectively with those outside the formal line of authority to accomplish organizational goals.
  • I have experience working cross functionally in a matrix organization.

  • I am autonomous - I have the ability to understand needs of the network to drive projects forward.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77,800.00 - $97,300.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
