We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our Third-Party Labor (TPL) / Global Sourcing & Procurement (GSP) team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our program spread across both TPL and GSP teams.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Supporting key day to day processes, supporting Statement of Work (SOW) and Staff Augmentation within our vendor management tools, and collaborating with Global Sourcing and Procurement teams.
  • Oversee the end-to-end processes involved in managing and maintaining third party labor contracts and related contractors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including resource managers, suppliers, and contractors. Partner with stakeholders to address staff augmentation needs, including identifying requirements, sourcing candidates, and managing supplier engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, serving as a point of escalation for any discrepancies. Maintain all related documentation in collaboration with governance.
  • Manage and update contractor data in relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Support the creation, review, and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs) for third party labor engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Sourcing & Procurement to align vendor selection and supplier performance management. Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to resource managers and suppliers on program processes. Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners to enhance program effectiveness.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor´s degree and/or minimum of 3+ years of experience in operations with a focus on process optimization and stakeholder engagement. Direct Third-Party Labor or Sourcing & Procurement experience is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with staff augmentation processes, SOW creation, and contract management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is preferred.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders required. Exceptional organizational skills, analytical capabilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset all in support of a rapidly growing program.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally with an ability to shift and adapt as required by daily priorities.
  • Must possess a strong, decisive, and action-oriented mindset.
