The Analyst Field Applications for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for conducting DxA installations, solve customer’s clinical application problems, provide training for our customers and provide technical applications support to Sales Representatives related with DxA Automation and IT system. The responsibility of this position also includes to perform DxA Automation System demonstrations and support sales team on site visits to existing customers.
This position is part of the Sales Operations located in Barcelona and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate and Process Improvement: Work with key partners using Danaher Business Systems (DBS) to improve processes continuously, focusing on supporting the DxA installed base.
- Technical Communication and Customer Training: Ensure customers use instruments efficiently by providing technical and clinical information, demonstrating products, and offering training and support before and after sales.
- Project and Technical Support: Assist with DxA laboratory automation projects, including installation, configuration, start-up, training, and monitoring, while also providing internal and external technical training.
- Issue Resolution and Customer Satisfaction: Manage and resolve complex customer issues by analyzing data, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Experience and Flexibility: Candidates should have 2 years of technical services/support experience, be able to work a flexible schedule, and have a driving license.
- Required Skills and Qualities: The position demands self-motivation, proactivity, accountability, strong organizational skills, customer orientation, strong technical skills in the supported product lines, excellent communication skills, and conflict management abilities.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Responsibilities include addressing technical problems related to product performance, features, benefits, and troubleshooting, with some issues requiring additional resources.
- IT and Workflow Knowledge: High-level knowledge in IT and workflow solutions is necessary.
- Travel and Language Requirements: The role requires the ability to travel up to 60% of the time and fluency in English, both spoken and written.
