ROLE
The Analyst role for Endeavor Analytics (North America) will be tasked with analyzing media usage, cultural interests, and growing the businesses of celebrity & sport talent.
Reporting to the Directors of Endeavor Analytics, of North America, the Analyst will be a “doer” who wants to “lean-in” and “learn” about the media, entertainment, and sports sector. This individual must thrive in a high paced environment. They will be supporting the WME Group which consists of WME, 160/90 marketing agency, IMG Licensing, and Pantheon (Non-Scripted Production Company).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing the performance of programs and talent across the linear and digital eco-systems.
- Understanding and assessing consumer behavior towards media, talent, brands, and sports.
- Providing social media insights and analysis.
- Lean into to help support EA team members when help is needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education or experience inclusive of analytics, business, marketing, statistics, communications, or related fields are required.
- Well organized and collaborative.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to use data to help build narratives.
- Passion for general entertainment, culture, and sport is a must.
- Strategic thinker.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Curiosity for programing languages/tools (i.e. Python, SQL, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$68,640 annually
