In this role you will:

Build out and QA check campaigns in our internal platform to ensure smooth execution

Optimize campaigns to achieve and exceed client goals and KPIs
-
Compile reports and analyze data on all campaigns to provide clients with actionable insights
-
Develop post-campaign materials and data collection to encourage repeat business
-
Identify campaign opportunities for clients to grow accounts
-
Troubleshoot campaigns and work to resolve any delivery issues
-
Partner with internal Magnite teams across Sales, Product, and Media Planning to ensure successful campaign delivery

Perform other related duties as assigned by management
We’re looking for someone with:

2+ years experience, ideally in the digital advertising space
-
Bachelor's Degree preferred
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

A foundational understanding of the digital advertising landscape
-
Effective time management skills; ability to multitask, attention to detail, proactive prioritization, and delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities

A solutions-oriented mindset to troubleshooting and problem-solving

In Washington, the base salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $70,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
In Colorado, the base salary range for this position is: $60,000 - $65,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
