Job Summary

As an Analyst 3, you will be part of the MDU Finance and Operations team supporting the Communities Sales channel. This role will encompass month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and comprehensive reporting on revenue, expenses, and subscriber metrics. The ideal candidate will excel in data analysis, ROI modeling, and creative problem-solving, translating customer requests into actionable financial models while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations that support the Sales team and drive business performance.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and refine financial forecasts and budgets for the Gated Communities segment.
  • Collaborate with sales and operational teams to gather input and validate budget assumptions.
  • Utilize historical data and market trends to inform forecasting assumptions and budgeting strategies.
  • Present findings and actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Generate detailed reports on revenue, expenses, and subscriber metrics, analyzing trends and variances.
  • Maintain ROI modeling that is used vet the financial viability of customer deals
  • Prepare financial models to evaluate potential business scenarios and strategies.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
