Híbrido: Esta posição exige que esteja presencialmente 3x na semana (terça a quinta) em Sorocaba.
O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades):
- Planejamento e Coordenação de Contratos de peças de reposição.
Garantir o abastecimento de peças importadas, locais e manufaturadas através da contratação e manutenção dos contratos com fornecedores diretos, aliadas e manufaturas.
Acompanhar cronogramas de expiração dos contratos e trabalhar na renovação deles junto aos times de Compras, Conduent e GBS.
Trabalhar em conjunto com a GPSC, Engenharia de Pós-vendas, Finanças e demais áreas correlacionadas na busca de fontes alternativas no caso da ruptura parcial ou total da cadeia de fornecimento.
- Interface com Fornecedores e Áreas Internas
Atuar como ponto de contato para GPSC, GBS e Conduent para Brasil e Argentina para acompanhamento dos itens novos e correntes a serem contratados/renovados.
Acompanhar status de contratação de peças de projetos novos junto aos times de projetos de lançamentos e engenharia de pós vendas.
Contato direto com todas as áreas de Supply Chain Mercosul, Norte América e Ásia, Marketing, Finanças e Engenharia.
- Gerenciamento de Riscos e Escalações
Identificar possíveis riscos no fluxo de materiais e atuar proativamente para mitigar impactos.
Escalar casos críticos.
- Sistemas e Controles
Acompanhamento e manutenção dos dados de contratos via SAP, MGO (sistema produção) e ERAPA (sistema engenharia).

Suas Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias):
- Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Economia, Comércio Internacional ou áreas relatadas .
- Bons conhecimentos em Pacote Office (Excel , Word, Access) .
- Conhecimento intermediário do idioma Inglês
O que pode lhe dar uma vantagem competitiva (Qualificações de preferência):
- Experiência em programação VBA, SQL e SAP .
- Conhecimento básico do idioma Espanhol
