El Analista de Nomina brindara soporte a America Latina, Estados Unidos y Canada, trabajando en las oficinas de uno de nuestros mayores clientes.

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Ejecución de payroll en SAP según calendario de nómina para Estados Unidos / Canada
• Realizar validaciones y controles inherentes a la pre-nómina y nómina
• Atención al empleado: monitorear y resolver consultas de empleados a través de la Plataforma de atención al empleado.
• Manejo de saldos pendientes a cobrar a empleados.
• Interactuar con otros departamentos con impacto en nómina: Beneficios, impuestos, supervisores, etc.

REQUISITOS

• Estudiantes avanzados o graduados de las carreras de Contador Público, Recursos Humanos, Relaciones del Trabajo o carreras afines.
• Experiencia mínima comprobable de 2 años trabajando en posiciones similares.
• Manejo de herramientas de gestión de nóminas.
• Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas.
• Ingles intermedio avanzado (excluyente).

Modalidad: Hibrida (3 veces por semana presencial)
