* Develop and communicate forecasts and sales reports across teams.
* Support and review project reporting requirements and outputs.
* Perform analytics to analyze current sales tactics and operations within the company.
* Build and drive various initiatives to support the Sales, Aftersales, and or Marketing operations.
* Build and manage relationships both internally and externally i.e.; Marketing, Sales, Legal, Agencies, GM partners, etc.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
* Effective and hasty data analysis to quickly identify trends, proportions, threats and changes, in large amount of data

Key Requirements:

  • _Business or Information Technology Degree
  • - Fluent English.
  • - Ability to document Industry Analysis processes.
  • - Experience in scheduling, Sales analysis, Market analysis, Information
  • -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Access)
  • - Excel Advanced (pivot tables, dynamic tables, macros)
  • - Power BI knowledge
  • - Knowledge of Statistics packages.
  • - Outstanding accuracy and carefulness in data processing, entering and reporting
  • - Ability to manage, manipulate and consolidate large amounts of information
  • - Understanding of descriptive statistics
  • - High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
  • - Well developed oral and written communications skills-Systems administration, Economics, (Preferred)
  • - SQL (Preferred)
  • Customer oriented, understands customer needs


Objective:

  • Analyze quantitative historical data and sales reports to enable timely decision making
  • Develop new methods of analysis based on statistic tools
  • Select methods of data presentation such as charts, diagrams and graphs
  • Work involves accuracy, a considerable amount of creativity, percep­tion and initiative in order to make decisions and a high level of independent judgment
  • Effective coordination with very diverse groups of people and teams


Responsabilities:

  • Quick and effective data processing and interpretation
  • Analyzes, interprets and prepares data on charts, diagrams and reports
  • Communicates alerts, reports and summaries of findings
  • Presents historical data, analysis and forecasts to other members of the organization
  • Generate customer-oriented ad-hoc reports for the team
  • Monitors industry performance, trends, portfolio changes, potential threats and opportunities for GMM
  • Coordinates information between departments Marketing, Advertising.
  • Supports Sales Operations Directors with presentations
