Analista de Activos Fijos

El Analista de Activos Fijos es responsable del análisis y ejecución de las actividades y procesos relacionados con el ciclo de activos fijos para todas las sedes de Estados Unidos y Candá, bajo el alcance dentro de los cuatro ERP que gestionamos (Oracle NA12, SAP, SCM y QAD). Evitando un riesgo importante para el Negocio y garantizando que los flujos de activos fijos de la operación continúen funcionando bajo las responsabilidades que se detallan a continuación.
 

Responsabilidades clave:
• Análisis y correcta ejecución de las actividades de cierre de mes .
• Rastreador de Gastos de Capital (CAPEX)
• Creación de Reportes y Métricas mensuales y anuales.
• Ejecución de inventarios físicos y remotos (todas las sedes de PPG, ambas regiones)
• Análisis, validación de integración y carga de conciliaciones de cuentas en la plataforma.
• Atender requerimientos de Auditoría (interna y externa) y dar seguimiento.
• Actividades para actualizar controles internos (consejo de auditoría, procedimientos operativos SOP, etc.)

Requisitos:
• Licenciatura en Contabilidad o Finanzas.
•2 años de experiencia en activos fijos.
• Se requiere un nivel de inglés avanzado (conversacional y escrito).
• Conocimiento de principios y procedimientos contables (USGAAP)
• Conocimiento en excel (tablas dinámicas, funciones).
• Conocimiento de algun sistema ERP (SAP o Oracle sería una ventaja)
