Summary
The Benefits Analyst assists with the operations and compliance of Mexico benefit programs to help ensure benefits are delivered in accordance with plan documents and regulatory requirements. This role supports the delivery of health, welfare, and retirement savings benefit plans. The Benefits Analyst provides analytical support and helps in the design, implementation, administration, and communication of Constellation Brands total rewards programs.
Responsibilities
1. Assists with benefits program management, budget preparation, and financial analysis across all benefits
2. Serve as the primary liaison with finance, partnering with benefits administrator on invoice processing, business unit and object identification to ensure accurate accounting of expense and timely processing of vendor partner payments.
3. Assist in the management of all benefit contracts and service agreements ensuring alignment with internal partners (legal, finance, HR, etc.)
4. Performs audits of internal and vendor systems to ensure compliance with plan structure and company policy and reports back any findings. In partnership with Manger a plan will be developed to resolve discrepancies.
5. Coordinates both inbound and outbound file transfers with vendors while auditing data to ensure it is current, accurate and reliable.
6. Collaborate with Payroll to validate employee deductions, company contributions, IMSS payment coordination throughout the year.
7. Assists benefit plan renewal process with vendor partners.
8. Participate in quarterly vendor partner reviews of plan activity and service level commitments in partnership with manager.
9. Lead benefit program utilization analysis, including employee and company cost as well as identifying opportunities in terms of plan design approaches to improve effectiveness.
10. Participates in and analyzes external benefits surveys, compiling results and developing recommendations for new or enhanced benefit programs.
11. Ensures all plan documents are updated and establishes efficient plan administration processes.
12. Creates and maintains process documentation and focuses on continuous improvement to administrative processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
13. Provides support to benefits administrator as needed
14. Lead annual/reoccurring processes with Manager’s support:

Annual pension actuarial valuation, registration with CONSAR and with instruction to vendors partners.

Configuration of the benefits platform within the Workday global HRIS system. This includes updating benefit plans, premiums, eligibility rules and documents.

Development of benefits related communications such as PowerPoint presentations, forms, participate in total rewards guide development to support enrollment and education.
