Role Summary
The Payroll Administrator will report to the AMS Payroll Manager and will provide support for a number of payrolls across the AMS region. The role includes assisting with all elements of the end-to-end process for payroll and direct interface with the outsourced Payroll providers. In addition, you will be expected to develop strong working relationships with HR, the business and other back office departments together with providing a first-class payroll administration support.
What You Will Do
- Assisting with the end to end payroll processing of a number of AMS payrolls, including preparation, processing, post-Payroll and tax filing, in coordination with the outsourced payroll solution provider
- Support maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Review data feeds from HR system, ensuring fixed data changes are made in the payroll system and data remains consistent across the two systems
- Work closely with the payroll vendor and other third parties to ensure a smooth monthly process
- Help to administer employees’ benefits including liaison with relevant suppliers.
- Provide payroll and benefits reports to HR and Finance
- Review and assist in maintaining the internal Payroll Procedures manual, updating any changes in process, and documenting new processes.
- Recommend ongoing process improvements to enhance the quality/reduce the cost of Payroll services.
- Ensure compliance and control requirements are met and coordinate and manage the production of all external compliance reporting and deliverables
- Support in the preparation of required reports and/or payment to government agencies, insurance companies or other organisations
- Support the internal audit and external audit requests as necessary.
What You Will Bring

- Working within a highly sales driven and fast moving culture
- Working with Systems such as: SAP HRIS, ADP and excel spreadsheets
- Working within a software company, ideally a global organisation
- Worked as part of a global Finance or Payroll organisation supporting administrative processes and initiatives
- Experience of working cross functionally with HR internal and external service providers
- Sound understanding of US payroll compliance - payroll laws and regulations
In the United States, the base pay for this role ranges from $26.93 to $45.20 per hour. In addition to base pay, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
